Triton Authentic Cretan Hotel

Perfect stay. The hotel is clean and rooms are well maintained. The staff is so polite and welcoming. We had a great stay. Is at the beachfront with amazing views of the cretan sea.

great hotel for all “old”young 😁 romantics who don't need to listen to the roar of children by the pool and loud music.... just the sound of the sea, peace and quiet, a view of the mountains and delicious Greek cuisine - thank you Hotel Triton 🫶🏻👍🏻

We stayed at this so-called 4-star hotel, but honestly, it doesn’t even deserve 3. The whole experience was disappointing from start to finish. The food was truly awful: frozen fish sticks served as a main course, repetitive and low-quality buffet meals. Ice cream was technically included in the all-inclusive package, but it was only available after lunch and dinner — with long lines and very limited choice. Totally unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. The pool area was chaotic: even people who were not hotel guests were allowed in, making an incredible amount of noise. To make matters worse, they were doing pool area sanitization while guests were still in and around the pool, which is absolutely unacceptable from both a safety and customer service perspective. The nearby beach was covered in stones, making it extremely difficult (and painful) to get into the water — definitely not suitable for children. The sunbeds were poorly maintained, and again, anyone could use them without any form of control. In short: place that doesn’t come close to the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. Not recommended at all.
