We had 2 get togethers of friends & family on different dates at Triton hotel,on both occasions the snacks, main course, desserts etc. served were delicious, hot & fresh. Service needs improvement though. Navneet,Rabnam & other staff took exceptional care to serve us the best. Also they guided us very well as regards menu selection. Thanks to all. I will surely recommend hotel Triton for any sort of functions.

Terrible Experience – Not Recommended at All I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at Triton Hotel, Raipur. From the moment I checked in, everything felt chaotic and mismanaged. The staff were indifferent and poorly trained—zero sense of hospitality. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and a foul smell that never went away. Basic amenities were either broken or missing, and despite repeated complaints, no one seemed to care. The food was another disaster—stale, tasteless, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a so-called premium hotel. Room service took ages, and when it did arrive, it was cold and barely edible. Worst of all, the management was arrogant and unapologetic. Instead of addressing issues, they brushed them off like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there. Save your money and peace of mind. Triton Hotel is all hype and no substance. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Shocking Disregard for Jain Values – Be Cautious Before Booking I recently came across a deeply upsetting incident involving this hotel, where a Jain guest was served non-Jain food. For a 4-star establishment, this is not just careless—it shows a shocking lack of respect for religious and cultural sentiments. Even though this didn’t happen to me personally, I believe it’s important to highlight such incidents so others can make informed choices. Food is a deeply personal matter, especially when linked to faith. If a hotel cannot uphold basic dietary requests, it raises serious concerns about their sensitivity and professionalism. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with specific dietary or religious beliefs, to think twice before choosing this hotel.
