Tritón Hotel Boutique & Restaurant

We did not stay here we just had dinner. It was good food and drinks and the server was very nice and tried his best with out language barrier. Cute boutique hotel amenities.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Having been a solo traveler, they all took care to make sure I was safe when visiting outside of the hotel. They made sure my stay was enjoyable. The food was absolutely delightful, and the high quality was very consistent. Every person working took pride and was very friendly. This place is a gem. Alex, the bartender, made incredible drinks, Daniel helped me arrange safe travels, and Humberto made sure I made it to each destination safely. Nairobi was very attentive and took care of all the clientele. The hotel and facilities were incredibly beautiful, and the owners took great care in making sure everything was well-maintained. the views were heavenly, and it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life again. I hope to return sooner rather than later! I already miss it!

Made a reservation for 10am to spend the day with my family, got there expecting to get a snack and some drinks to get the day going and turns out the kitchen doesn’t open until 12, the only thing we could order those 2 hours was alcohol, which isn’t ideal on an empty stomach, at 10am, with older people… Asked the staff if they had anything at all even a snack or something and was completely ignored, this is definitely the first and last time we’ll be visiting, utterly disappointed on both the place and the customer service
