Excellent Stay at Triumph Hotel! I had a wonderful experience at Triumph Hotel. The staff were friendly and professional especially Ms Katherin who assisted me to have a special night,the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere wad calm and luxurious. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the facilities – including the pool, gym, and spa – were top quality. A perfect blend of comfort and service. Highly recommended!
I’d like to sincerely thank Sherif, the receptionist at Triumph Plaza Hotel, for the warm and professional welcome during my third visit to the hotel. His kindness, helpfulness, and gentlemanly attitude truly stood out and made me feel at home. It’s worth mentioning that this level of excellence reflects the overall spirit of the hotel—his managers and all the staff have always been cooperative, respectful, and highly supportive during each of my stays. Amazing experience, especially service part . Very polite and friendly people ( all of them ) Mr Ibrahim in reception dealing with me today respectfully and kindly. one of the best experience in Egypt. I recommend to stay here for vacation and official trips. I will give 10 out of 9.5 this hotel.
