Tropical Hotel

Staff was very helpful and pleasant room was nice spacious. Breakfast was really nice. The pool however could have been situated better as use was based upon whether it clashed with dining times

Room and bathroom were very clean. The staff at check-in were very helpful and extremely nice and the food for Breakfast was decent.

Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. 4 stars is too high, I’d give it a 2 star. The rooms are dirty, you get out the shower and feel like you need socks and shoes on immediately because the floor is so dirty. The bed sheets weren’t clean had to ask for new bedding as there were hairs under the sheets and stains. The balcony was tiny, a small table and chairs, only dried out swimwear on it as it was too small and the view was a building suit opposite. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t great, had the basics like cereal and toast, but the extras were things like eggs, croissants and cakes. The pool is tiny! Only fits 2 people and you have to book. To get to the pool you go through the restaurant and out the back door. The walls are so thin we heard the people next door whole phone call it felt like they were in the same room as us. This staff are nice but we didn’t spend enough time with them as we went to the beach everyday until late so that we didn’t have to go back to our room. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the air con is good!
