Tropical Hotel

We had our holiday here for the first time in 2022, especially the responsible manager Mr. Adem was very interested. We will spend our holiday in this hotel again for our 2023 holiday. The only minus for me is the parking problem, the street 50 meters next to it is available.

We are very disappointed with this (4****) hotel! Which is actually not a 4**** but 1* star is already too much!!! Where would I start from the bedroom The bed was very hard which you can compare with a wooden bed / concrete we could not sleep all night and then you are broken all day because you did not close your eyes Come to breakfast in the morning Everything BELOW STANDARD! A type of bread, same topping, there was also topping from the previous day at the bread department there were cobwebs hanging on the wall (we took pictures) wrinkled cucumbers and tomatoes No fresh squeezed orange juice only diluted cheap fanta/cola from the machine, no croissants or other types of bread Lunch and dinner were reasonable We found it very unhygienic you come with your plate to a table where the tablecloth is full of stains and they were never changed We complained to the lady who stood for the hygiene rules with a white coat and then something was done but also too long When the staff heard about our complaints they didn't say good morning to us anymore No good cutlery set the knives were bad. There were no napkins on the table There was a safe in the hotel room we want to use ... yes we have to pay € 18 no activities were organized Never experienced this before! Makes no sense All hotels have a safe But yes! Then you sit in that hotel and wait until you go home... you long for your own bed because the staff did nothing for us €2000 paid for 9 days One thing is clear we will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN 😢Linda and John
