Great 2 night stay. Room with Spa. Although getting dated the Spa is excellent and shower pressure is brilliant. Comfortable bed and everything you need was in the room. Pool area was very well looked after and great for lying in the sun and relaxing. We'll be back. Thank you
I can't say anything more than I loved staying in Bale. It was exceptional. All the restaurants were great! The pubs smash Burger and Caesar salad. OMG! The The Thai place is phenomenal. The Italian restaurant - Yummy!!! The pool was fantastic. It could have been more prefect! So close to the beach...who needed a boat to go whale watching in the morning.
Very disappointing experience – not recommended at all. We were shocked to find out that room cleaning wasn’t included in our stay. When we asked the staff why our room hadn’t been cleaned, they simply said, “It’s not part of your package.” How can a 5-star hotel possibly justify excluding basic housekeeping from its standard services? On top of that, the overall environment was far from clean or relaxing. Poor service, poor standards. Not worth the rating — we left feeling frustrated and let down
