Tropicana

We were 2 adults and 3 children (2, 5 and 10 years old) staying at the hotel. We were very satisfied. The rooms were as in the pictures. Cleaned every day, towels changed. The food was delicious, rich selection. Fruits, vegetables, desserts. The pool bar had great service, plenty of everything. At the time of our stay, one pool was open, we had no problem with it. As usual, the sun loungers were occupied with towels from early morning. On 1.6. they also opened the second pool, which was great. We will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The food was tasty – just keep in mind that it’s not high quality ingredients, but it does the job well. The biggest downside for us was the entertainment, especially for kids. Despite many guests being from Poland and the Czech Republic, all the music and kids' programs were in German only. It would be great if the hotel could include more variety in languages so that all families can fully enjoy their holiday experience. Overall, a good stay with a few areas for families

I don’t normally right reviews but I am so angry right now. We are staying here and my husbands got food poisoning. I raised it with reception and got laughed at and was told it’s a virus going round. My husband’s been up all night with severe diarrhoea and still has it now. I’m a qualified nurse and know the difference between a virus and food poisoning. I know there’s nothing they can do to help him but their attitude was disgusting and the guy laughed at me. This definitely isn’t a 4 star hotel, it’s 3 at best. Wish I would have listened to the reviews. The pool is freezing cold. The beer watery and they leave a huge head of foam in your tiny glass. We come to Majorca every year and stay in 4 stars. Never ever have we stayed in a 4 star this bad. Usually you get full pints of beer with different options of lager. Proper cocktails, not watered down ones. Decent entertainment for the kids in the day. They’ve nothing here other than crafts or pull out a mat with a hole in it the kids run on in the pool. We are in block one and it’s so noisy. No chance of getting any sleep until after midnight. The beds are rock hard and we have a firm mattress at home but this is something else. I could go on! The list is endless. We’ve another 7 days here and will just have to make the best of a bad situation when my husband recovers. If you want a 4 star don’t choose this hotel. If you’re happy with a 3 star then it’ll be fine for you. If you’re here right now like us, be very careful of food poisoning. Lots of the meat is lukewarm or gone cold.
