Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh

Our entire stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and very well ventilated. Always had a cool room to go back to after a hot day. Food was super delicious, varied and fresh every day. The buffet was open for late dinner as well so it served food until very late. The staff were all so amazing, kind and sweet. They always helped and made sure we had everything we needed. Especially Abdul in the buffet restaurant who greeted us with a huge smile every night. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and beach area. Plenty of bars serving drinks and snacks around the pool. We liked it so much we are returning for a second time this year 🤩

I recently stayed at the Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The staff, for the most part, were extremely friendly, approachable and always available to help — always with a smile on their face and a good mood. The food was another highlight: varied, tasty and different every day, which made each meal a new discovery. The bars, especially the one by the pool, were excellent, with a relaxed atmosphere and fast and attentive service. As a woman, I would also like to highlight that I felt completely respected and comfortable throughout my stay. All the staff were always professional, friendly and correct, without any embarrassing situations. The hotel facilities are impeccable — modern, well-organized, with good access and impeccable cleanliness in all areas. A very useful extra is the small shopping center inside the hotel, with a pharmacy, clothing stores, souvenirs, perfumery and even a 24-hour medical center, which provides a sense of security. The room was spacious, comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and, of course, clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that, for those traveling with the aim of enjoying the beach and swimming near the shore, they may be disappointed. The water is very shallow near the shore, which prevents diving or swimming directly. You have to walk to the end of the wooden pier to reach a deeper area suitable for diving. Even so, I highly recommend this hotel. It is ideal for relaxing, eating well and being well looked after — with the bonus of a peaceful and safe environment.

From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted with genuine hospitality. The check-in process was fast and smooth, and we were very pleased to see that our room looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and very spacious (50 square meters!). Housekeeping comes daily and keeps everything spotless. What impressed us the most was the customer service — staff from guest relations check in with us every day, both on the beach and by the pool, asking how we feel and if there’s anything they can improve. That level of care and attention is honestly amazing, especially for a hotel in Egypt. Great weather, lots of palm trees, and a fun atmosphere throughout the resort. Highly recommended!
