Trove Johor Bahru

Greeted by Mr Dilvy (hopefully i rem his name correctly). he was friendly and welcoming. I was amazed by this hotel actually. The exterior doesnt tell much but once you are inside its a different experience. Nice ambience, modern furnishings. What i like is this hotel is not too crowded, not too noisy or bustling and not too overly grand feeling. just spend a nice weekend gateway with my family. the f&b side could be improved.. but overall experience was positive.

Had a short stay. Room is huge and clean. Towels provided is clean as well. Smart TV and fridge available in the room. Filtered water dispenser is a plus, albeit noisy when in operation, but can be turned off when not needed. Very good location. Reasonable pricing. Highlight mention is the friendly and warm front desk staff! Buffet breakfast has good local and continental variety. Live eggs station available. Ample seating during morning breakfast service. Motorcycle parking is 20RM for hotel guests right at front entrance with security nearby.

Had a pleasant check-in experience with Vijay. Stayed for close to 2 weeks and my only complain is room cleanliness.Housekeeping service was not done properly you can see they just make your bed and changed towel that’s it. Oh and it would be more fun if you provide creamer with coffee thanks 😀
