TRS Coral has been a wonderful experience thus far! We are 2 days into our stay and we have been nothing but impressed. From the service to the beautiful rooms, we have no complaints. Go check out El Gaucho for some amazing Argentinian food. The empanadas are delicious! Miguel-Gabriel was our server and he was so kind and attentive. We are here for our honeymoon and he surprised us with a beautiful cake platter. We are having a great time!
Our experience at Helios was Amazing starting with Arturo . We were treated like royalty. We were absolutely treated amazing from meeting the chef to our amazing servers. The manager greeted us and was very attentive to our needs from enter to deserts. We were assisted by other servers Braylon,Soto, Helios, and Nicholas, they all were simply amazing. The food was outstanding. The he ambiance was warm and friendly and we really enjoyed our dining experience. If you’re in Cancun you would certainly do yourself a great favor and visit their location you will not be disappointed!!!
Thoughts on this trip: Final hours of our stay and I have to say it’s not been my favourite of them. This is our first time in July to Mexico and was not sure what to expect. We had come in April last year and had an amazing time with great food and lots of fun. This trip the food has been very underwhelming. We tried to eat at several different places and everything was very disappointing. Lots of items are not on the menu right now. Meat and fish selection is about half of what we had last time. Most items are brought to you dried out from sitting and waiting to be served. We just stopped trying and went to the buffet for every meal, which turned out to be much better than the horrible food at the restaurants. We stayed in a loft suit and our ceiling started pouring down water in the closet on one day. Thankfully we were here and able to move all our stuff out. The air conditioning is so unreliable that the room keeps getting so hot! We just changed out for Christmas to a different resort to try something else to see if it’s the same thing at other places. However, another couple we had talked to said the same thing. Oh, and our wifi in the room didn’t work, so had to have that fixed finally on day 2. Staff is amazing as always. Freddy at the premium experience pool section is our favourite. Place is beautiful. Every is fine cause on vacation… just was expecting to be able to enjoy the same as last time.
