TRS Turquesa Hotel Adults Only All Inclusive

We stayed three nights and it was the best experience we’ve had in customer service. The rooms were clean and the facilities well kept across the board. Our experience in the spa was amazing. The customer service and massage were top-notch. Our Butler Edwin was Johnny on the spot all the time. incredibly responsive and he enhanced our stay here tenfold. I can’t recommend TRS Turquesa high enough. My wife and I look forward to coming back.

My sister and I had an incredible time at the resort! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were warm and incredibly accommodating, and our room was stunning. The entire property was beautifully maintained and truly breathtaking. A special shoutout to Kris, our amazing butler—she went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. She was kind, extremely responsive, and even checked in on me when I wasn’t feeling well. Her attentiveness and genuine care made our experience truly unforgettable.

Rodney our butler was great. He was continually checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Rodney made reservations for us for several dinners and a show. Rodney even answered our call when he was off work for an emergency. Luis was our waiter daily at the cabanas. Luis was always polite and his service was excellent. Sandra was very sweet and loving. She turned down our bed at night and kept our room clean and with fresh towels. This was a beautiful Resort with professional employees. They all made our experience wonderful. My wife and I would definitely return for another visit.
