Had such a great experience at the hotel! It’s a really big hotel with three hotels on the resort. I typically do like something a little bit smaller but they also provide you with a go kart that is constantly driving people around so that’s awesome! The food was great. The people were very kind and helpful. Oscar, the manager was so helpful and helping me in my family, which consisted of a large party getting a reservation. Our butlers in Building 68 and 67 were so awesome! And I also got a massage at the spa on the resort which was provided by Margarito Which was amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life lol and I’ve had a lot of massages
Beautiful service and hotel. Really amazing. There are no faults and the service is 10/10. All the staff have been great so far- we got engaged and they were so attentive. Alexis from full moon dinner was great. Naomi our butler was really helpful and sweet. Andres was so helpful, friendly and lovely to talk to. He was the best!
Overall, a fairly pleasant vacation. We originally booked at Grand Palladium Kantenah. Upon arrival, I asked about upgrade options. They first offered a better room, but by the time it was processed, it was no longer available. Instead, they offered an upgrade to TRS, which we accepted. Once there, we received an additional upgrade to “black band” level — the best decision ever. Beautiful room, excellent service, reserved loungers. Very attentive staff, excellent spa, steakhouse, Helios and La Dalia restaurants. The only letdown was the Thai restaurant, which was truly terrible. One downside during our stay was half a day taken up by some odd promotional event for a club that was supposedly part of the resort — I really didn’t like that at all. Special thanks to Francisco, Armando, and Diego, our butlers — they were amazing. Overall, a very nice experience. I highly recommend booking directly at TRS with the black band upgrade. You won’t regret it. Beautiful resort, no need to even leave. The beach was cleaned daily, pools were great, and there are plenty of long walking paths.
