True Siam Rangnam Hotel

The pool is so shallow about 1.20m. Hard to fimd the hotel if it is your first time. If you want to stay close to the shopping malls, then it is nice location. But really far away from touristic activities. The staff were nice.

Lovely hotel reception with reasonable rooms. We booked a family room for two adults and two children, so we were surprised to learn we had to pay more for an additional bed - they expected us to sleep three in the double bed. Staff ranged between attentive and aloof. Restaurant food was mid

Rooms were nice; decent size, clean, and adequate furnishings. Housekeeping came every day and did a good job. Pool was a disappointment. You need to be careful with the broken floor boards. More lounge chairs would be nice. The rooftop location was a nice feature. Extra charge/deposit for room card is ridiculous when checking in. The physical location of the hotel is not great. It is difficult for drivers to find and you are not near anything. Sort of tucked away in a back alley. Breakfast is very poor and best to avoid for the additional price. Coffee is weak and tastes bad. While food selection looks large, food quality is very poor. Food Staff are extremely unfriendly and unhelpful; in particular, male cook glares at you when you make a special request, we also saw him take his topknot down and put it back in over the grill, twice while cooking - very gross ! Because of the poor food experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would never return.
