Trulli Eutopia

The place is located in a happy position, easy to reach from Ostuni and Cisternino, in the last km the road unravels in the suggestive Apulian countryside. The "village" is a happy island for relaxation, you can walk among the olive trees, relax in the hammock or use the grill for a BBQ! Our studio apartment was furnished in a very sober but complete way (complete with utensils, cutlery, etc.). The services (TV, wi fi and air conditioning) work well. The owners are courteous and helpful. The judgment can only be positive!

The place is very beautiful but it is very difficult to get to, it is in the middle of nowhere and everything is more than half an hour away, you cannot get there without anything. The Trullo has only one air conditioning and it is located in the hallway where the air is not enough for the entire house so you cannot sleep at night, in addition the owner leaves it at a limited temperature and takes control so that you cannot change the temperature so the nights are a nightmare. The same thing happens with Jacuzzis that control the temperature and you must use it at the temperature required by the owner. The house seems clean but when you start to look at the details you find cobwebs and animals in the kitchen utensils, it happened to us that while we were using the washing machine the water was turned off and the washing machine did the entire washing process without water which could have caused a fire and we didn't realize it only because when I went to pick up the clothes it smelled bad and was dry, that also happened on the night that the bathroom had no water for no good reason. The owner is too aware of what is done, the times you enter and leave, he has cameras everywhere which limits the privacy of moving from the jacuzzi that is outside the house as well as in the outside area. You feel watched all the time when you are there.

Trullo Malvarosa. È incredibile come un posto così incantevole non abbia niente a che vedere con chi lo gestisce. Il signor Aurelio non conosce né la parola educazione né tantomeno quella dell'ospitalità. Trattati con freddezza e bacchettati come se fossimo dei ragazzini su quello che dovevamo e non dovevamo fare in casa e fuori casa. All'arrivo ci ha "sgridati"come un professorino perché aveva dimenticato che fossimo 7 e non 6 ( per fortuna era tutto scritto) e non si è nemmeno degnato di chiederci scusa vista la sua dimenticanza e il giorno del check out è arrivato come un carabiniere senza salutare a controllare tt la casa e accusandoci pure di avergli rotto una sdraio che avevamo già trovato così. Non si è invece accorto di come gli abbiamo lasciato il l trullo. Perfettamente pulito come non abbiamo trovato noi arrivando. Non si è degnato di ringraziarci e nemmeno di salutarci...roba da matti. Questa gente non meriterebbe di lavorare pur avendo tra le mani un tesoro.
