Room was small but clean. Great view from the balcony and rooftop terrace. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the central square. The room could do with some renovations - flaking paint, coffee ring stains. Also there was no hand soap at the sink. Great communication through WhatsApp
Excellent location, friendly and helpful reception staff. The panoramic terrace with the solarium is certainly the strong point of this structure, really beautiful and usable even in the evening while our Itaca room was really small and the bathroom needed to be looked at again... the water comes out of the shower, from the sink due to its height, the bidet is missing, the toilet paper holder has undergone a failed attempt at repositioning, the toilet attached to the shower... for its cost this type of room is not up to par.
ENG: No flexibility, too rigid on everything! Hospitality is something else! Tiny room. Extremely limiting check-in time slot (from 3pm to 7pm, and no flexibility!) and carried out in a different location than the location of the facility and you only find out about this after booking. Even the transport of luggage from the check-in location to the location of the facility is "paid for" by the customer, therefore not recommended for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties. Only two half-liter bottles of water provided for two nights (nothing on the second day!) The coffee machine did not work and despite this they asked us for 5 euros (I don't know if per person or per suitcase) to store them for a couple of hours, let's avoid comments...
