This was our first time in Ecuador, so I'm critiquing on my personal preferences. Our room was beautiful and the solarium was a nice place to relax in the mornings and evenings. It's a bit warm in the day since there is no a/c. The bed was comfortable. However, the room was NOISY from traffic, construction, car alarms, horns, etc. The walls are paper thin! Also, there is no fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker, or ice/ ice bucket. Am I spoiled?🤔 The staff was very nice, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Please leave a note for housekeeping to take the tip, or they won't! Love the honesty!

Hotel is well located, rooms are OK, food is decent as well as service. However, the rooms with outside windows can be noisy. I requested to be moved to an interior window room that was much quieter. The picture shows the view from the room I was originally given.

The room was designed for a lonely person, we stayed in a double bed room, it was clean but the bathroom was noisy and with a poor design (glass walls) the moment you turned on the lights those glass walls with poor design, will wake up anyone who’s sleeping, it will appear as if a big truck - turned on the high lights in your face at the middle of the night with a noise odor extractor that will go on the moment you turned on the lights, pillows are extremely thick you can not sleep on it. My kid’s reaction were “ please, can we go somewhere else “ but it was to late.
