Tryp by Wyndham Frankfurt

This hotel is very conveniently located,however the rooms are old and need updating. Some of the ammenities do not work well or are broken. The rooms feel dirty, I even saw silverfish in my room. But the worst thing is that the hotel is by the train tracks. You can hear trains at all times, you can even feel the shaking. It feels like the train is coming at you. Would not recommend if you are trying to sleep and especially if you’re a light sleeper.

The property is in a good location. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel doesn’t have king-size beds, only twins. A strange decision, anyway. There is no deep cleaning only soft cleaning. Not enough hot water, I had a bath but there were no conditions to use it. Breakfast is awful, not enough selection of food. Asked for croissants but it was always finished. Special thanks to the welcomed reception & only.

Front desk staff were all friendly, and the free wi-fi worked perfectly which is always a good thing. The hotel though is very tired, the rooms are basic (mine had two very small single beds). The carpet was damp near the bathroom and had a nasty odour (and no I didn't report it, got there late on the first night and was only staying for a couple of days). Hot water ran out before I could get a decent bath.
