This hotel truly lives up to a five-star standard. My experience was excellent, and I’d like to especially commend the staff member Issa for his respectful attitude and exceptional service. Early check-in is available, which is a big plus — although late check-out is not. The hotel is spacious, unlike many hotels in Istanbul, and the room service is outstanding. It’s also incredibly quiet, with soundproof walls, even though it’s located in a lively area. The location itself is excellent and makes it easy to access various attractions. I highly recommend this hotel — especially for Arab travelers, as many of the guests are from Gulf countries, which adds a sense of familiarity and comfort.

One of best hotels at Istanbul, There is coffee brake area from 4-6 pm and it’s free as well the Turkish hammam is free. The staff are super friendly and polite. The services are excellent Highly recommended

Very Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience during my stay. The first room had a strong, unpleasant odor. When I requested a change, I was offered a suite as an upgrade — no mention of extra charges. Later, I was told I would need to pay an additional $100 for the upgrade. When I refused, explaining it was offered to me without mention of a fee, I was moved again — this time to another unsatisfactory room. I ended up moving rooms three times in one night, which was exhausting and completely unacceptable. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. I do not recommend staying here.
