"The staff was very kind and polite. The breakfast was very diverse. The room was on the 10th floor, it was spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I recommend it. I saw the sunrise and sunset of Istanbul."

The room was clean and a decent size for two people (decent price also). The cleaning lady is very polite and hardworking. The receptionist and staff are also very polite and helpful. One of the staff also helped me to order food a few times as I did not have a Turkish sim. This was very kind of him, as he went out of his way to help!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I strongly recommend finding another hotel. Very rude and unhelpful staff, 1 out of 20 staff members was nice. Battery in door was low causing a high pitch ringing noise for 15 minutes straight every hour. The staff had a three word response when told “I don’t care”. The bathroom taps and shower was leaking causing constant dripping the whole time. 2 different nights I had staff members walk into my room at 1-2AM. I had 1 toilet roll for 6 days and was refused a new one when I asked. I had to buy my own from the market. Every single day I was awoken at 7 - 7:30 AM with drilling and hammering from work being done. I was refused a new room on a higher floor to avoid the noise that persisted the entire time I was there. The first night I stayed they told me my client had covered me a free taxi service and meal at a restaurant. This turned out to be a lie from the hotel staff. The driver ended up being a friend of the hotel staff who drove me to a restaurant he co owned with hotel staff. When offered food I refused everything on the menu as there was nothing I liked. I ordered 1 coke. They continued to bring out plates of food I didn’t order and would never eat. I told them each time that I didn’t want any of it and would not be paying for it. I was then harassed by several restaurant staff, the driver and the drivers sons about paying for the food that they had put on my table. They wanted £140 for the 1 coke I ordered. I put £20 down and just left. Later a hotel staff member and the driver knocked at my door to ask for more money but I again refused. The hotel had been paid for up until I had to leave at 10 pm, the only mention of me leaving was when my driver was arranged by my client to collect me at 10 pm. At 10 AM I received a call to the room asking me to leave. When I told him my client had paid for me to stay for another 12 hours. He told me he didn’t care. I then reminded him of the previous 5 days in which I was woken up at 7 Am, harassed by staff and had people enter my room multiple times. He continued to say “I don’t care” over and over. As I started to calmly go over the other issues he started to scream at me “Hello,hello” multiple times. I hung up on him, he continued to call the phone so I unplugged it. He then started to bang on the door which I had locked. He continued to bang on the door and shout for the next 30 minutes. I put the shower on and left him to it while I watched series. I then arranged for a driver to come and collect me and then left when my driver was there. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and the worst staff also.
