I have stayed here multiple times and I am never disappointed. Great building, great service, and very good food! Mateus also made the experience special by always going above and beyond. I am glad I chose this as the hotel for my family visiting from abroad for our wedding! Great experience
The hotel rooms are very nice but the internet was not that good. Some days internet was not available in the rooms, we had to come to the lobby to work. When you travel in work this is important. I had to change rooms once because the AC was making too much noise. Breakfast was good, not fantastic, but good. Some rooms have nicer view than others. In general it is OK, just not perfect.
Great hotel. Amazing breakfast. Modern installations. Very comfortable room. Only disappointed with cleaning, the room was not well cleaned at check-in and I needed to call few times to remind staff to clean floors and bathroom. Overall it is the best hotel in Ribeirão Preto.
