Stylish, clean and new apartments. Very comfortable and convenient for a family and includes everything from washer/dryer to kitchen appliances. The staff is very friendly and tentative with their service. The location was convenient for us but we had a car. Parking onsite available for $15 per day, and you can enter/exit as many times as you need to. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will be recommending to others.

During my recent overnight stay at the luxurious TRYP Hotel in Southport, Gold Coast, I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the entire team. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is dedicated to creating an outstanding guest experience. A special shout-out goes to Roberto, the owner, whose warm and welcoming presence set the tone for my entire stay. His genuine care for the guests is truly admirable. Equally impressive was Fabrizio, whose attentiveness and professionalism made me feel valued and well taken care of. I cannot go without mentioning Gill at the check-in desk, who delivered next-level customer service. From the first interaction, Gill made me feel right at home with a friendly smile and seamless check-in process. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to ensuring guests have a flawless experience, and Gill certainly went above and beyond. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site restaurant Amore Ristorante was another highlight, offering delicious food that perfectly complemented the luxurious atmosphere. Combined with the exceptional service, it made for an incredibly happy and memorable visit. I highly recommend the TRYP Hotel in Southport to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality. We stayed at this hotel for two weeks during our official visit to Australia. The apartments were well-maintained and clean, with ample amenities for cooking, laundry, and relaxation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Throughout our stay, we received breakfast from the hotel, which was consistently delicious. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided warm, attentive service. Highly recommended!
