Best place I've been at so far. My family and I love this place so much it's crazy. We've come here over 5 times. The food they have is awesome and we love the people. We will definitely be coming again next year.
The best hotel in Cuba by far !!! I have had such a great time here. I have met so many wonderful people.charitee and muca are amazing entertainers. I have had the time of my life . The beach and activities are so incredible. The pool bar is so much fun and good friends I have made here . The lobby bar is amazing staff. Such a perfect travel destination
One does not go to Cuba for the food. However, the food was good. The room was clean and bedding and towels changed daily. The resort itself was clean and massive. There are many cats so we saw no roaches or other nasty critters. The beach is excellent. Beach users could help by picking up their plastic cups, cigarette butts, etc. from where they were. The hospitality of all the staff was superb. The resort is not a Five Star but we'll give it a Four Star. Remember, this is a country heavily sanctioned by the USA but they do a great job making things pleasant for tourists. The only criticism we'll give is there needs to be more Cuban music played in the lounge area and at the nightly entertainment.
