Outstanding service and genuine hospitality made my stay at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel Arosa truly memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond throughout the weekend. The setting is stunning, the spa relaxing, and the atmosphere warm yet refined. It was a challenging drive up Arosa w supposedly 300 turns to reach this iconic Swiss hotel… once you are here, you wouldn’t want to leave. Impeccable service, top quality breakfast, holistic free yoga classes, heavenly spa and a super cool private lift to go up the mountain! We will be back. Best place to escape to when it is 30+ boiling down below in the cities.

I visited the grand hotel in Atosa during July, so it was Summer. As weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, I would suggest bringing a rain jacket, and a fleece or jumper, just in case. The food at the restaurant is excellent and the service is very good. Breakfast have an amazing buffet, and also an à la carte selection. I had dinner once in the restaurant, and can attest to the beautiful design of the Bar area and the restaurant. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the room attendants are wonderful and will come to your room at least twice a day and both clean and tidy your room. The view of the mountain is amazing. They have their own Private gondola which runs all day and comes on demand when you want, just swipe your card. Your digital card gives you access to other lifts on the mountain as well as discounts in various spots in town. The Spa is absolutely exceptional and I would highly recommend that. I enjoyed the dream butler experience and which includes a massage followed by a specially prepared meal. I have posted the menu and the courses which you are able to enjoy in your room after the massage. The staff there are incredible and Julia does a beautiful job managing the spa. I utilised the outdoor butler experience and had a meditation session. I attended the sauna sound and aromatherapy infusion, and it is a must if you are staying there! The spa also has the steam, sauna, treatments and pool area. There is an ice bath, multiple pools and an outdoor pool as well. With magnificent views.
