The best hotel I stayed at in Thailand, this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend. I stay at a lot of hotels during the year for work, and this ocean view room was one of the nicest I’ve seen. Can’t speak highly enough of this place if coming to pattaya
Never ever again. Im always in good hotels but this is definitely not one. I never saw a Reception is so unprofessional like this. I had some questions and they start to get very angry and rude.
This hotel is really bad and the housekeeper cannot speak English and it’s just a waste of time of communication. Also, the laundry service is really slow and it’s a waste of money and really expensive. I live in the highest floor and I can hear noise of water flowing from up and down. It’s really noisy and I cannot fall asleep. Then Wi-Fi connection is really bad as well. All in all, it’s the worst choice in Thailand.
