Had a great stay in this hotel. It's in a good location right in the town centre, but still quiet with lots of green space around. Facilities are very good. The pool is nice, but gets very busy at the weekend. Staff did their best to provide good service.
The hospitality here was the best we had experienced in the whole of Georgia. We had a late check in at 11:30 pm and we got a warm welcome. The receptionist and the good lady handling food went out of their way to accept a dinner order even though the kitchen was almost closed. Keep up with the great service.
My boyfriend and I have spent one night at this hotel, and Thanks god not more! There is no voice isolation in the rooms. You can hear everything from the corridor😒 The bed itself was terrible, I woke up with a back pain in the morning. Very old furniture and outdated renovation! Compared to the value of the stay, it is definitely not worth a penny! Breakfast wasn’t what we have expected, very low meal choices. Very disappointed!
