Amazing 12-day stay – highly recommended! We spent 12 days at Tsokkos Protaras Hotel and everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Its location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to Sunrise Beach and right next to the main street in the center of town, with shops and restaurants all around. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and willing to help. The pool area was spotless and relaxing. We also loved the food and drinks – everything was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Rooms and the hotel in general is super clean, the staff from the reception to the dining service is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. If you get all-inclusive you get a very wide range of foods to pick from, from breakfast to dinner, often themed to specific cuisine, for example Asian or Balkan.

You get what you pay for. Great location close to the public beach, close enough so you can spend the morning at the beach, return for lunch and head back afterwards. Lovely pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach towels exchanged daily. Rooms were abysmal. Very comfy beds but that's where the praise ends. Peeling paint, dirty and rusty shower fixtures, lack of towel rails, toilet paper holder lamely hanging off the wall. The carpet in the corridor wasn't hoovered and really quite filthy. Good food, though. Different theme to every dinner and plenty to choose from. The meat was always really tender. Breakfast and lunch saw almost no variety. Coffee and juices at breakfast were actually dreadful. The Afghan waitress, pool bar bartenders and older receptionist (sorry I didn't get their names) were really outstanding in making our stay welcoming and we're happy to help with all local recommendations. Can't praise them enough for a great service. Some other staff were looking rather annoyed. I would be happy enough to recommend this stay to someone travelling on a budget.
