1.good - nice location - big room(with garden and living room. almost small house) - interior onsen and exterior onsen in room - kindful service 2. bad - as sake lover, few list of sake or shochu
Wonderful ryokan experience. The room is spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Dinner and breakfast that included ate in a high quality. The accommodation is also very kid friendly. I love every bits of the this place.
Service and people were very friendly and nice. Room very comfortable, warm and nice. Serene ambience. Peace. However, I had booked the Ryokan to enjoy the private indoor + outdoor bath but it was a pity we could not use the outdoor bath and common bath as the water was not hot enough at the time we went there. Maybe it is due to the heavy snow weather.
