Uuuurggghhh. This entire place just relaxes you by its very ambience. I enjoyed the massage I got here. A little on the pricey end compared to the other spas and salons but good enough service. I look forward to buying the whole day package so I can wander the spa, use the sauna and hot tubs with jets. You won't enjoy this if you don't like seeing people half clothed in towels and robes.
Great place to stay and relax! The variety of saunas & pools will keep you excited all day long, we had spent 10 hours there, and still didn't want to leave! There is also a play room for kids where they can climb and build with lego while parents are taking baths or having massage. There is also a restaurant, but the menu is quite limited and the prices are quite high. There are also rooms where you can sleep and/or listen to relaxing music. I would definitely recommend this place for a family visit or any time you want to forget about problems and stress and improve your health.
While is the one of the highest rated hotels in Dnipro, this might not meet your expectations in full. The hotel rooms are large, have high ceiling, and really everything you may need. Personnel was very nice and professional. Their Spa is just magical. I mean they have everything you may think of in a spa. And it was included in room’s price. All as advertised, at least on the surface. However then you start notice smaller issues - a bit unstable chair, somewhat torn apart couch (barely noticeable). Couple of times I had to remind to clean my room and change towels. Which is kinda wired for 4-star hotel. I had to explicitly ask to refill my minibar. There’s basically no reception area. Only one small elevator. Also, beware of the rooms facing the street - there are trams outside and they make some noise. There’s a “frozen” construction in this hotel, which just ruins the impression. So, this hotel is nice. I would come back there. But now I know it’s disadvantages as well.
