We only spent a night on our trip to Germany. We came early in the morning and the check in was easy and quick which was appreciated with three sleepy kids. The place was clean and roomy. It had a microwave oven and we were able to make breakfast before leaving.

The room is clean and there is a small kitchen as well. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We have a small problem during taking our room card since the automatic check-in is not successful due to software failure. We called the CS and guided us through and in the end we get one card (normally we get 2 of them). This hotel basically is located in side a shared-building. The rooms are located in Lv. 1 and 2. Car park is ok. Overall is a nice hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the summer 2024, never again! As we saw, almost every guest was struggeling with the self-check-in system. A bit of advice for future guests: when you are asked to sign your name on the monitor by using the pen; simply sign with your finger on the lower left side on the screen, in the white rectangle. :) The walls are super thin, you can hear every squeek, from every direction. Children running around on the corridors, in the rooms, so you won't be able to sleep / rest well. Shelves are dusty, kitchen sink is ridiculously small, beds are squeeking as hell, bathroom sink is totally dirty and clogged, we needed to get the ugly stuff out for the water to be able to drain. Nasty. The bathroom ventilator is very noisy, it wont't switch off even after half an hour. The bathroom smells like the sewers, and there was limescale everywhere. The towels were dirty or rusty, so we had to use our own ones instead. The switch for the shades of the double window was broken, it wasn't able to go down by pressing the button, it could only make a full cycle: going up totally, and after reaching the top endpoint, it went fully down. We reserved a room with a double bed, but TTRooms has its own idea of it: two single beds were stacked by eachother, so there was a gap between the two matrasses. There is a pizzeria on the ground floor, so you won't be able to air the room without getting it all smelly. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, and - which came as a total surprise - there is NO AIR CONDITIONING at all! Please, do yourself a favour, and look for another accomodation.
