Excellent option to stay in Can Tho. Rooms were fancy with a beautiful view of the river. Staff was very friendly and helped us carry luggage to our rooms. Also, very convenient to do the floating market tour early morning. The pool was also very nice for swimming.
The service is excellent, kudos to the staff. Most are very friendly. Especially the younger ones. The reception staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet staff, very friendly helpful and courteous. The cook , being a cook, at the cooking sector. Was ok. Rooms were a let down. A bit dirty. Carpet stains. For a 5 star isn't too good for it's image If you want service. This is a great hotel to go to
This hotel has a great location right in Can Tho. The ground floor lobby, buffet and pool are all very modern and clean. The rooms by comparison felt outdated, stuck from the 90s. The balcony was nice though, and the extra firm beds surprisingly gave me the best night of sleep out of my whole trip. Pretty Decent stay!
