The staff ladies Ha, Trang, Hanh and Tam are a powerhouse in the breakfast room. You need something? They will try and anticipate and serve you to their best ability. Very fast and efficient. Only thing I'd improve is the absence of vegan protein - could not find anything on either of the mornings, but the taste of everything else I could eat was very delicious. The hotel is a little further from the city centre, but if you have the Grab app for the cabs, you'll have no problem getting to the hustle of it all.

Located just 1 km from the Old Quarter, but with a façade so discreet, you might feel like the hotel is playing hide-and-seek with its guests. Inside, there’s a 15-meter pool that offers just enough room for a quick swim before you’re back to... admiring the walls. The facilities? They’re like a pair of well-worn shoes—past their glory days but still functional. The real highlight here is the staff, who are as polite and cheerful as a sunny morning. And let’s not forget Ms. GM, who could probably teach a masterclass in "How to Keep Guests Happy 101." Plus, with the staff’s top-notch English skills, international travelers can communicate without a hitch. For its price range, this hotel might be a "safe and sound" choice that won’t let you down. Though, if it underwent a “youthful makeover,” it could definitely shine as a star in the hospitality scene!

The hotel is nice. The rooms are quite clean and the staff are friendly, but not effective. The breakfast is edible, just, but that’s not a big deal. The problem with the hotel is noise. But not from outside. It’s the noise from employees. Of four nights we were woken up on two mornings. The first instance is one staff member talking to another person at a decibel and pace that it sounded like a group of people in a nightclub. I honestly thought they were outside the building. But nope, these two people were having a good catchup. The second instance is when they decided to do renovation work right in front of my door. They set up scaffolding and began painting. A call to reception produced no results. When leaving the room we were trapped and had to squeeze out. On top of that, we had to avoid paint splatter. Note the picture and my doorway directly underneath the paint roller. I should add that we were due to checkout that morning, so they could have painted later. I simply can’t recommend this hotel. Clearly these incidents are the norm (calls to reception inevitably resulted in a ‘is it noisy for you?’ Query with no results).
