We had a great experience at the resort. The beach is beautiful with soft white sand and a stunning view. There’s also a play area for kids and a lovely swimming pool with a bar. The staff are especially nice and friendly. I made a mistake when booking a dinner for my family, but the staff who served us that night helped resolve it quickly and kindly, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful and cozy family dinner. Finally, the price is very reasonable.
A very nice resort right on the beautiful, well-maintained Doc Let beach, with a fantastic pool, even suitable for toddlers, set in a unique park-like garden. The room was large with a well-functioning refrigerator and air conditioning. It was very quiet. The shower room was modern and functional, and the balcony was practical. There were spacious covered parking spaces, a small petting zoo, and restaurants within walking distance. We particularly liked the spacious, bright restaurant with its very large, varied breakfast buffet. And everything was extremely affordable.
Beautiful place, but the experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The room was lovely and well-decorated, the view was stunning, and the food was genuinely good. The sea was a gorgeous shade of blue, though the beach itself was quite small and unfortunately had some litter. What really brought the experience down was the service. The front desk staff felt indifferent and unwelcoming — when I checked out, there wasn’t even a simple goodbye, just a flat “Check-out is done.” It left a bad final impression. In general, most staff (except those at Harbour Restaurant) didn’t greet or smile when passing guests, which made the atmosphere feel cold and impersonal. The kids club also needs serious improvement. The space looks worn out and lacks proper supervision, which is concerning given the elevated play structures and exposed wiring. It feels unsafe, especially for younger children who could easily fall or trip. At the very least, there should always be a staff member present to supervise. There’s also a lack of books and toys — adding more would make the area more engaging and appropriate for a resort setting. Also, a heads-up for future guests: if you leave the balcony light on at night, expect to be swarmed by rove beetles (kiến ba khoang). It would be really helpful if the resort warned guests about this when checking in. It’s a beautiful place with a lot of potential, but I hope the resort takes these points seriously — otherwise, I’m not sure I’d return next year.
