Ttr Skypool View Hotel

From the moment we arrived, the room was in terrible condition – damp, cold, and smelling strongly of mold, which we found growing on the walls. There was no ventilation, and the bed and towels were filthy and clearly not cleaned. The room was completely uninhabitable. The breakfast was poor and inedible, and due to holes in the roof, rainwater flooded the restaurant. We couldn’t stay in either. When we complained, we were only offered another room for an extra charge – unacceptable given the unhygienic conditions. We had to leave two nights early and pay for another hotel. This experience was unacceptable, and we will never stay there again. We have emailed the hotel, but received no reply. We are now contacting Booking.com directly.

Terrible rooms. I booked 2 rooms for 5 people. The 1st room i had was never stocked with towels or cleaned even. Electric teapot was gross. Mold and mildew smell no AC. Changed to another room. Same, no towels and no teapot. Toilet room door is broken . Shower needs cleaning grout is black with scum.

well...during my vacation, i had a chance to stay in this hotel and it was my worse nightmare. Despite it has good location and decoration, it's really dirty. Moreover, the receptionist's attitude is unacceptable. I swear i will never come back. The entrance and the hall is really gorgeous but room's qualities is absolutely down graded, i felt like i got scammed. The internet was extremely slow and the sound proof was completely terrible. Bonus: they never clean your room
