The man at the reception I think he was the manager/boss was very rude. We have payed for our service at this hotel, there was no need for his bitter rude attitude. The rooms were also very standard, they had only one plug in each room, so it was very difficult to charge our phones. They also asked for a deposit for a towel and a iron! When asked for help to bring suitcases he was very rude and said he was alone, so we had to bring the suitcases down bare in mind we also had two children with us. We wasn't allowed to have food in our room. The queues for the food were always so long! Like a 40 minute wait each time. However there was one staff in the kitchen area called Elif! Lovely lady! Was always willing to help us & gave us great support. Do approach her if you come, however I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Its more like a 2 star than a 4 star. Also there was no ramps to push a pushchair/pram. Very difficult. The experience wasn't very great! Enjoyed our time in the pool though 😁😁

Honest Review If you’re considering this hotel, I strongly advise you to reconsider. Spend the extra €1000 and book a genuine 5-star hotel. This property is advertised as a 4-star, but in reality, it resembles a neglected 3-star establishment in urgent need of renovation and proper staff training. I would not recommend this place to anyone – particularly not families with young children. Facilities – 2/5 The rooms are significantly outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom had a constant leak Food – 1/5 The dining experience was severely lacking. The buffet offered minimal variety and overall quality was far below expectations. Beach 1/5 The beach itself was overcrowded, small, and not suitable for relaxation. Staff 1/5 Not many speak English. One time we sat down for dinner at a dirty table. We asked the staff to clean it, and instead of changing the tablecloth, he just flipped it over and left it. Only after insisting did he return with a fresh one. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Another day there was poop in the kids’ pool. I told a staff member, and after 30 minutes someone came, looked at it… and left. We avoided the pool and went to the beach instead. The next day we came back – and the poop was still there. Completely disgusting and unacceptable. Staff training is clearly lacking, and it shows in the service and communication. As for the manager – nowhere to be seen. Perhaps they were enjoying a holiday at a better hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a 7-day vacation, and overall, the experience was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and seemed interested only in getting tips. We were placed in a room before the official check-in time, but only after the receptionist directly asked for a tip. Most importantly, we were given a room that is not featured anywhere in the hotel’s advertisements. It looked nothing like the pictures on their website. In fact, about 90% of the guests were placed in this type of room, located in the hotel’s annex buildings, far from the main advertised accommodations. Cleanliness was at a mediocre-to-low level. The beach was extremely small, with water activities like jet skis taking up much of the space, making it crowded and unpleasant. The smell of gasoline was constant. The road to the beach was even worse — it passed through areas with a strong stench of waste from nearby hotels, essentially their delivery and loading zones. To make matters worse, the beach bar operated for a very short time each day and served no alcohol. As for the food, some days it was varied, but other days it was repetitive and uninspiring. Overall, this hotel did not meet the expectations set by its promotional materials, and I would not recommend it to others.
