What a real welcoming venue that has so much to offer at a very affordable price. Reception check in was completed with ease with a real focus on customer service and satisfaction with a real draw to want to stay again in the future. Real professional experience that I will / Have shared with work colleges and our local customers in the region lol which two informed me they are regulars already at this establishment which speaks for it self. Thank you for the fabulous experience... A++
Staying here tonight. Place is amazing so far. Especially for the price. Were very accommodating, switching us to a ground floor room to make it easier with a toddler. Room is clean and large and dinner from the restaurant was delivered to our door and was delicious. Wish we'd booked for another night!
Great price, staff helpful and friendly. Hotel itself gorgeous with old architechture maintained. Dinner was pretty good, room was really nice. Only downfall is that there were 5 trains passing very close by throughout the night so had a very broken sleep.
