It was a great stay overall! The staff were friendly, and the location is excellent, close to a 7-Eleven and the beach, both within walking distance. However, the rooms are a bit far from the reception, and cleanliness could be improved — there were insects and bugs in the bathroom. With a bit more attention to hygiene, this place could be perfect.

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel and wish to raise the following issues: At the time of check-in, everything seemed perfect, and we were happy during our stay. However, there were several serious issues: 1. Washroom Condition – The washroom door was already broken and taped with white tape when we checked in. At checkout, the tape was removed, and we were unfairly asked to pay for the damage, even though it was not caused by us. 2. Missing Towel Issue – We did not use the hotel towels due to allergy concerns. During room cleaning, one towel was taken away by housekeeping, and at checkout, we were wrongly accused of taking it and asked to pay. 3. Swimming Pool Safety – There were no proper safety or hygiene precautions in the swimming pool. After using it, I suffered from an eye infection, which shows poor maintenance and lack of safety standards. 4. Unprofessional Staff – The reception staff handled matters very rudely, refused to check CCTV or our bags for verification, and insisted on extra charges. Even worse, they made inappropriate comments about guests from certain countries, which is unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It felt like an attempt to unfairly charge us, along with a complete lack of concern for guest health and safety. I request you to investigate this matter seriously, take corrective action, and ensure future guests do not face the same problems.

Instead of resolving the issue politely, they insisted on extra charges, refused to check CCTV or our luggage for verification, and even made negative comments about guests from certain countries. This behavior was very disappointing and unacceptable. It felt like an attempt to unfairly charge us money, which has left us with a very negative impression of your hotel. I kindly request that you review this matter seriously, ensure such practices do not happen again, and take corrective action against the staff involved. After posting my review, I went through other experiences on Google and realized that many guests have faced similar issues such as the towel scam and bathroom scam. I strongly recommend that if anyone is planning to book rooms at Natural Resort, please take videos of the room during check-in and report any existing faults immediately. Otherwise, at the end of your stay, they may try to charge you for damages or issues that were not caused by you.
