Tube Resort by EHM

We stayed at Tube Resort for a few days and had such a relaxing time. The staff are incredibly polite, helpful, and truly kind people who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The bungalows are very cozy and clean, with a wonderful view that makes your stay even more special. The breakfast is amazing, with plenty of tasty options to start your day, and the restaurant food is delicious. They also offer taxi boat rides from the hotel pier to other islands or different sides of the island, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to unwind, with beautiful surroundings and the nicest people. Highly recommend!❤️

This was such a memorable getaway with my wife. The room was budget-friendly, and the location was just what we needed to unplug from city life 🍀. The staff were incredibly welcoming and hardworking 💪. The private beach was a beautiful bonus—quiet, clean, and relaxing. We’ll definitely be back ✨.

This is a bit of a tricky review to write because the location is nice (albeit there isn't anything around it so you're sort of stuck with the resort). The air conditioning was broken and blowing out hot, mould smelling air for the first night and someone had to fix it between 12AM and 2AM (which we are super grateful for but we had to lie awake watching the person fix it for 2 hours in the middle of the night - the right thing to do would have been to move us into another room). Following this, and only having eaten at the restaurant at the resort, my partner and I had bad stomachs for the remaining days which wiped us out and left us bed bound. We also overheard a gentleman complaining that they were using ingredients that looked quite a few days old. There were lots of flies by the kitchen and the staff seemed to be totally fine with this. Only after spending the night awake unwell with food poisoning did these things become pretty obvious to us. Also my partner and I got covered in bites from sand fleas from lying on the sand on the beach which is apparently common around the Koh Rong area. So don't liee directly on the sand, they were very itchy for at least a week. This one was our fault though. I'm sharing this information because everything else was sufficient about the resort. The service was generally good, the facilities are good (when they are not broken), and the location is good. If you can improve on some of the things I've mentioned above, you'll run a better service but generally, we left here pretty disappointed
