Clean. Quiet, despite being right on Bealey Ave, and the bed was really comfy. My upstairs (no lift / elevator) one-bedroom unit was about not brand new, but was perfectly adequate and well maintained. The proprietor was polite and pleasant. Parking is adequate. Limited turning around space if full. About 500 metres from the CBD, so not a huge walk.
Noise travels through rooms especially if you are on the bottom floor under screaming, thumping toddlers at 1am. Nice staff very friendly. wifi cuts out every 5 minutes and doesn't connect properly. Close to central city and easy walking distance to popular locations.
Friendly, clean & tidy, very comfy king bed. The unit was very small particularly kitchen and bathroom & unfortunately noise traveled thru the floors, earplugs to the rescue. The free wifi Internet is unstable and slow. But is central & close driving distance to shops and restaurants.
