Tui Blue Grand Azur

Truly 5-star experience at this hotel! Our family of 4 stayed for our last day and night in Turkey. The service was exceptional. Food was delicious - a variety of options for all 3 meals, from local Turkish cuisine to familiar and kid-friendly options. The spa was amazing and left us feeling refreshed. Grateful to all the staff. Highly recommend!

One of the Best Holidays I’ve Ever Had! I honestly had the most wonderful time at TUI Blue Grand Azur – everything about this place is just perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are absolutely incredible – so friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. A special shoutout to Ömer, one of the waiters I had the pleasure of chatting with the most – what a genuinely lovely and well-mannered person! The food? Out of this world. The kitchen team does an amazing job – the buffets are huge and seriously mouth-watering. I loved watching them cook fresh food right in front of us, and they were always up for a laugh while doing it. It just made the whole dining experience that much better. If you’re into fitness or just want to stay active, the trainer is fantastic. She runs everything from yoga and Pilates to HIIT and fun pool workouts – I highly recommend joining in. Also, it’s a super kid-friendly place, so perfect for families. And now… the Spa! What a dream. My boyfriend and I went on our second day for a hammam bath with Budi and Weda, followed by an incredible Balinese massage – absolute heaven. Later in the week, we had a deep facial cleansing with Ayşe, who was so sweet and gentle – she left our skin glowing and fresh. To wrap up our vacation, we treated ourselves to a second hammam session, this time with Sekar and Tami, who made the experience incredibly soothing and relaxing. Huge thanks to Bilal as well, who recommended the perfect treatments for us and gave us great deals – we felt really well taken care of. The beach is beautiful and clean, and the entire hotel is spotless. As a cat lover, I was over the moon to see so many cute cats around the property – it added such a sweet touch to the experience. Evenings were just as enjoyable as the days. The nightly shows were entertaining, and the evening staff really go above and beyond to keep the good vibes going. To be honest, this has been one of the best holidays of my life. I’m leaving this place feeling refreshed, happy, and super grateful. Overall, our stay at TUI Blue Grand Azur was a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the staff are generally very kind and helpful. The food was truly exceptional. Fresh, delicious, and with a lot of variety. We really enjoyed our time and felt well taken care of. However, we did have one negative experience with the woman working at the beach bar. Both my boyfriend and I felt very unwelcome around her. When my family came to visit me at the hotel, her behavior made us all feel uncomfortable. As if we were being kicked out without reason. It was an unfortunate and unpleasant moment that stood out during an otherwise wonderful stay. Aside from that, the hotel delivered on all fronts and I would still recommend it, but hope management ensures all guests feel equally welcomed at every corner of the property.
