One of the best holidays of my life. Fantastic hotel, fantastic location, fantastic people. Delicious and varied food, you will never be disappointed. Rooms, hallways, outdoor areas, always clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. MAHA (our guide) made sure our stay was perfect from arrival to departure. AHMED at the bar (and his colleagues) delighted us with fantastic cocktails every evening and excellent espressos and cappuccinos in the afternoon. DALI (the photographer) captured some of our beautiful moments there in a friendly and professional manner. All the restaurant employees worked so hard every day to ensure the variety and quality of the food. The entertainment staff are always busy engaging guests in their activities. The evening shows with professional dancers make the difference! In short, if I could give 10 stars, I would! A word of advice for guests who decide to visit the nearby Old Medina: be careful if anyone approaches you saying they work at your hotel, it's a scam. . They'll take you to some shop with them and make you spend a lot of money without you even realizing it! In conclusion, I hope I get the chance to return and truly enjoy the word VACATION! A real paradise on earth — unforgettable experience! Words are not enough to describe the amazing experience we had during our stay. It was truly a dream come true, better than we could have ever imagined — everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish. The food was exquisite, varied, and always fresh and delicious — every meal felt like a feast. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, welcoming, and full of charm, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you are truly in paradise. But what really makes this place so special is the people. Every single person we met deserves to be mentioned for their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles that made us feel cared for at every moment. The reception team was wonderful and always ready to help. The bar staff, both upstairs and downstairs, were fantastic, friendly, and attentive. Our guide was amazing and made everything easy and enjoyable for us. The beach staff was so kind and helpful, the restaurant team went above and beyond every day, and even the photographer captured our memories beautifully. Every single member of the team has a place in our hearts — you made us feel not just like guests, but like family. The treatment we received was beyond exceptional, and even on the last day, we were allowed to enjoy our final morning fully and provided with a room to freshen up before departure. Such a thoughtful and generous gesture that shows just how much you care about your guests. This is a big country with an even bigger heart — thank you for giving us memories that we will cherish forever. the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and welcoming reception staff. Although our room wasn’t quite ready, we were encouraged to grab some lunch, and we’re glad we did! The lunch was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We got into our room around 2pm. We had booked a sea view, which we received, though I would’ve preferred to be one floor higher. That said, the room was still fantastic, spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with a fridge stocked with bottled water, as well as tea and coffee. The hotel overall was just incredible. The staff work tirelessly and always seem genuinely happy to assist. A big shoutout to Mohamed and Firas in the restaurant, and Mohamed in the bar/lounge, also there was an older gentleman who worked in the coffee shop/ bar and he was amazing, these guys went above and beyond to make our stay special. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the spa during our visit, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. The staff were professional and made the experience truly relaxing. The beach was beautiful, and the beach bar was perfect for grabbing a cocktail while lounging by the sea, such a lovely touch. Overall: FOOD – Every mealtime was impressive, with a huge selection and beautifully presented dishes. ROOM – Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. HOTEL – Immaculately clean, peaceful, and staffed by genuinely warm, friendly people. SURROUNDING AREA – Not a huge amount to do nearby, but the old Médina is just a short taxi ride away and well worth a visit (be prepared to haggle!). There’s also a little shop just to the left of the hotel entrance, perfect for gifts, and the man who runs it is lovely. Shout out to Maha as well who was very attentive during our visit!! Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day!
