Tui Blue Palm Garden

The best holiday!! I cannot fault this place at all. The food was phenomenal, the place was immaculately clean and all the staff were absolutely lovely. When we first arrived it was 1am and my husband wasn’t feeling well, i asked the gentleman who greeted us for some water and he was quick to get him some and was willing to help in any which way he even drove us in his buggy to our room. So the service here is fantastic each staff member was lovely. The waiters were so on the ball as soon as you finished your drink they’d be over seeing if you wanted another, they were also quick to take our plates. The waiter at breakfast time even remembered our coffee orders 🥹 The food was absolutely beautiful, each day and each mealtime was just lovely and there were so many different options too. I’m quite a fussy eater and there was plenty there for me to eat! The place was so clean too, there was always someone sweeping and gardening. The rooms were immaculately clean, they also decorated the bed beautifully especially for my birthday where they left a note and a little gift! 🥹 We were honestly so gutted when it was home time, we didn’t want to leave! We are definitely looking at coming back in the future.

Our stay at TUI Garden was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness, the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings, and above all, the warm and attentive customer service. Every day brought a new culinary surprise – the food was delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were simply perfect, crafted with care and served with a smile. It truly felt like paradise. A special thank you to Furkan, who kindly arranged a late check-out for us – your help made our last day so much easier. And heartfelt thanks to the lovely lady who helped us move from room 2517 to 2305 – your kindness and support made a big difference in our comfort. While our TUI flight and travel organization were disappointing and something we will not repeat, the hotel itself exceeded all expectations. Because of this incredible experience, we will definitely return to this hotel – but not through TUI. To the entire hotel team: thank you for making our holiday so memorable. You truly deserve 10 stars out of 5!

We had a wonderful one-week stay as a family of three and left with great memories. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly welcome from day one. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and great care was clearly taken to maintain high hygiene standards. We were also very impressed by the variety and quality of the food — every meal had something delicious to offer for everyone. One of the things we appreciated most was how smoothly everything ran; we hardly had to wait in line for anything, whether it was at the restaurant, reception, or any of the amenities. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!
