Stayed for a week arriving 31st July with 4 kids aged 3 to 13. I really enjoyed this resort. The resort is fairly compact with everything only a few minutes walk. Although it is compact it never felt too busy and it was easy enough to get sun loungers or seats in the restaurant. I really liked the restaurant and of all the TUI resorts I have stayed at I would say that the food here was the best. There was an excellent selection of foods and most of the food was really good. The service was excellent from the restaurant staff and more generally we felt well looked after. Pools were excellent and clean and never felt too busy. Rooms were clean and functional. Can't comment really on the location as the aim of this holiday was complete relaxation and we didn't leave the resort. We have done six different TUI resorts over the years and I would rank this as number one. The only think I would change is the splash bar only had fizzy drinks and it would have been better if they had some juice or even still water for the younger kids.

We had a lovely stay at the TUI Pasha Bay Hotel! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – you can really tell they care about the guests. The hotel is spotless – they’re constantly cleaning throughout the day, including the toilets which were always clean and well stocked. The food was great with plenty of choice for all tastes – lots of fresh options and something different each day. Definitely ideal for families, with a safe, relaxed atmosphere and plenty to keep everyone happy. If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly break with lovely staff and a clean, welcoming environment, this is a great choice. Personally, I probably wouldn’t come as a couple – it’s more geared toward families than a quiet, romantic getaway – but for what it is, it’s spot on!

I have visited this hotel three times before, and my previous experiences were good. Unfortunately, this time I noticed a clear decline in the level of service compared to previous years. • Food: Breakfast has become less varied, and some items, such as a type of cheese, have been removed. Lunch has not improved at all compared to previous years, and dinner has lost much of its charm. Most of the traditional cuisines have disappeared, except for the Turkish night, which was also not as good as in the past. • Entertainment programs: In the past, they used to rely on professional artistic teams from around the world. This year, however, it was entirely handled by TUI staff, and the shows were less diverse and less impressive. • Pool: I noticed that infants were allowed in the pool, and unfortunately, on the last day, I saw a poop stain floating on the water surface — which was unacceptable. • Beach: The beach was also less clean, and the chairs were neglected and poorly maintained. Even though the prices have increased significantly this year, the level of service has noticeably declined. I don’t believe inflation justifies this deterioration. I think it is time for me to try other hotels in other cities. I hope the hotel management will pay more attention to the quality of their service as they did before.”
