Absolutely fantastic – clean, well-organized, and incredibly peaceful. It’s honestly the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The staff are always cheerful, smiling, and quick to respond to any requests. Their hospitality is outstanding. The beach is beautiful and well-maintained, adding to the overall experience. I've stayed here multiple times, and each visit has been just as special as the last. Highly recommended for a calm and refreshing getaway!

From the first moment we entered the hotel, we felt its friendly atmosphere and cleanliness. After a fairly quick check-in, we could start enjoying the hotel's hospitality. All the hotel employees try to make your stay more pleasant. Starting with bringing a mattress to your sunbed, continuing with drinks directly to the sunbed, everything in the room is cleaned as expected. I really liked the idea of water in glass bottles - it will save a lot of plastic waste. And last but not least, I have to highlight the bar and dining room staff - they are great, pleasant and not intrusive. The food is indescribable, a large selection of everything. And most importantly, everything tastes great. Many thanks for a wonderful stay to the entire team of employees. Mr. Ayman, thank you for your hospitality and care. We hope to see you and your team soon.

We had a lovely two weeks, but unfortunately, the hotel did not meet our expectations. The ratings and reviews on Google and TripAdvisor make it seem better than it really is. Let’s start with the overall appearance. Around the pool area, it feels rather dull — some more greenery or plants would really improve the atmosphere. Maintenance could also be better, as not everything is well-finished. The tiles around the pool are extremely slippery, and the mats that are supposed to make it safer are actually more dangerous than having no mats at all. The staff is very friendly, especially Gomaa the lifeguard, Ali the room boy, Mohammed in the restaurant, and Mohammed serving drinks by the pool — they are truly fantastic. There are two gentlemen behind the pool bar that could learn a lot from them. The snorkeling at the house reef is beautiful and very accessible, which we really enjoyed. The restaurant, however, needs improvement — better to serve less food of higher quality. Many guests, including us, experienced stomach problems, something we have never had before. In addition, there are items listed on the menu that are never available. Either make sure they’re there or remove them from the menu. The animation team is enthusiastic and does a great job. The aquapark is fun, though after a few times it becomes repetitive. All in all, we had a good holiday, but we wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are definitely better options in Egypt. There’s a lot of room for improvement. Still, thanks to everyone who tried to make our stay pleasant — we did enjoy parts of our stay.
