Absolutely amazing hotel! Very elegant lobby bar and reception area (excellent for chilling). Staff on all levels were fantastic. Pool areas were fabulous so was the food. Exceptional cleaning staff, reception staff always there to answer any questions. Perfect location (for us). Stunning beach, crystal clear ocean, beautiful sunrises. We 💯 recommend TUI BLUE Scheherazade! Loved it that much that we've booked for next year! Thanks to everyone there for making our holiday so special 💕

We stayed here August 2024 for our 10year wedding anniversary and it was brilliant. We have booked again for May 2026 with some friends we made when we were out there. Food was amazing and so was the service. Shout out to Muhammad on the Pool bar for keeping us fed each day. My only recommendation would be for the dart board near the pool table rather than outside 😀. Also if you enjoy your drinks cold, take a cold cup cup as its very warm and we found the drinks got warm quickly. Quality holiday.

My husband and I booked this hotel after touring it a few years ago while staying next door at the Royal Salem. Although we loved that hotel, the appeal of an adults only experience was high on our list, especially since we do not have children and I work in a school environment. A peaceful, grown up bubble was exactly what we were looking for, and this hotel delivered. Arrival and First Impressions We arrived to a warm welcome from the staff, complete with a refreshing traditional tea and cool towel, small touches that made a big difference after a day of travel. Check in was smooth and quick, and we were shown to our room in no time. Although we arrived after the evening meal had finished, the hotel had kindly prepared us a plate with salad, meat, and bread, which we gratefully devoured. We were not aware of the “midnight bar” option at the time, but it was not a huge issue. We could have gone out for food locally, but we were content and ready to unwind. Room and Facilities Our room was lovely. Some might say it is on the smaller side, but for us it was perfect, and we appreciated that there are upgrade options for those who want more space. Everything was clean, and the daily room service and minibar restocking were faultless. The hotel itself is incredibly well maintained, and although it is not massive, it feels like a mini resort with everything you need. Food and Dining Experience The food is honestly one of the best aspects of this hotel. Breakfast was exceptional, comparable to meals we have had in the Caribbean, and the view from our room during breakfast was stunning. Lunch and dinner were always varied and of high quality. Desserts were especially delicious. We only had one evening meal that was not quite to our taste, but others were enjoying it, and we still found something we liked. Food is available throughout the day, and not just snacks but substantial, proper meals, which is quite rare for hotels in our experience. Special thanks go to the omelette and pancake lady who made breakfast a daily delight, and to all the helpful staff who were always on hand to make the holiday special. Service at meals is superb, with staff regularly checking food temperatures, replenishing dishes, and managing the floor with real care. I usually struggle with food while abroad and often get unwell, but this is the first holiday where I have had zero issues, such a relief. Drinks The cocktail alcohol content was a bit strong for my taste, but that is a personal preference, not a fault. My husband enjoyed every drink he had. The bars are well stocked, and there are games to enjoy while you sip. Activities and Entertainment The TUI team deserves a special shoutout. Poolside activities like water polo, volleyball, and grass games were fun, energetic, and a great way to meet fellow guests. There are two pools, one lively and activity packed, the other a true quiet zone, perfect for relaxation. The beach is private and secure, so no vendors bothering you, just pure beach bliss. We booked a parasailing and jet ski package from the on site “Freddy’s” team and got a free inflatable ride thrown in. Amazing experience, well worth it. There is also a gym, slightly limited for heavy lifters, and an onsite escape room you can book. Security and Extras We always felt safe here. The security presence is visible but unobtrusive. Mazen, the security guard, was absolutely brilliant and supported us throughout the holiday. His friendly presence made a real difference to our stay. One very charming detail is the friendly security dog, such a lovely addition. We affectionately called him the “TUI dog” and looked forward to seeing him every day. The staff clearly take great care of him. We would love to see him become more of an official hotel mascot.
