Very nice hotel with rather large, we'll equipped apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing beach close by (just a short walk). The breakfast buffet was great. All in all a perfect base for exploring the island of Sylt.
I doubt many Americans travel to Sylt so my review may be from an atypical perspective. We were looking for a hotel option for 3 adults. The two bedroom apartment options at this location are super. I recommend the slight upgrade to a room with a bay view. Just simply too beautiful to describe the view out the window. The walk to the beach is short and convenient. Incredible beach, great for walks, sunsets, and observing nature. The hotel is south on the island so found it helpful to have a car.
Very nice place to stay at and enjoy the island, the apartments really have all necessary features to make the staying ideal and they thought of small details that add a value like shoe wee caps, vanity sets, sewing kits, shoe shining product.. One big downside though, the checkout is at 10:00 just so you know.
