Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and the stunning surroundings. The all-inclusive food was a highlight—every meal was delicious with so many options to choose from. The drinks were also top-notch, and the bartenders were always happy to whip up something new. We spent most of our time by the pools, which were plentiful, clean, and beautifully maintained. Whether you're looking for a lively atmosphere or a quiet spot to relax, there's a pool for every mood. And let's talk about the rooms! They were spotless and so well-kept, making it a true pleasure to return to a tidy space after a long day in the sun. I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you're looking for a place with amazing food, great drinks, tons of pools, and immaculate rooms, this is the place to be!

I stayed at this hotel with my family, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. Although it may appeal to some guests, our experience was quite disappointing. The beach was not clean or pleasant, and the pool area was overcrowded. It was nearly impossible to find a sunbed unless you woke up very early to reserve one with a towel. The hotel seemed to operate well beyond its capacity, which made it hard to enjoy the facilities. The bathroom in our room was in poor condition. Even my 8-year-old son found it unpleasant. On top of that, I experienced food poisoning during the stay. There were many flies around the food, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The only positive aspect of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They did their best under difficult conditions. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a relaxing and hygienic holiday experience.

The resort has good potential – the location is beautiful, and the garden is perfectly designed and well maintained. However, the rooms feel old and neglected. Even though cleaning is done daily, it only seems to cover the essentials and lacks thoroughness. PROS • Stunning location • Beautiful, well-kept garden with a wide variety of plant species • Best and most diverse food we've had among all the resorts we've visited • Excellent cleanliness in the restaurant and dishes – impressive considering the number of guests • Pools are very clean and well positioned • Wi-Fi coverage is everywhere, even on the beach, and the speed is excellent CONS • Very few staff members speak English, which makes communication difficult • Rooms feel neglected, with no recent investment in upgrades • Daily cleaning is superficial • We had an issue with the self-service laundry – I went to the reception twice to ask for help with the washing machine, but no one came • We stayed in room 1215, which faces the road – due to nearby construction work, you can’t keep the windows open and there’s a lot of dust
