One of the best hotels I've ever been to! The people who work there are incredibly nice, and the service is second to none! The staff strives to serve you promptly, and they succeed! I'm very impressed with the hotel and would definitely go back again. There's also a great program for young children. The DJ samet plays amazing music and entertains all the guests!
Overall a good experience as a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Food was great always something for everyone. Food was especially nice at the pool bar. Beach bar and beach very good. Could do with more entertainment in the days .. water polo .. etc. Good proximity to side harbour .. we caught a taxi which cost €12 ew. Slides could do with adding a few bigger slides for the adventurous. Also could do with more sunbeds at the main pool area, if you get there after 7am they have already been claimed. Very German orientated not a problem for us. Loved seeing the turtles every day from the bridges at the river.
The hotel has a good standard overall. Good food and good service. The beach is one of the best I've been to. The hotel is long and you have to walk a lot. We were very happy with everything. What needs to be improved is more English-speaking employees. Also, you should review the staff at the reception (not all). Some of the staff at the reception are not so happy and do not radiate the service a 5 star hotel should have. We tourists pay a lot of money and always want to be treated well.
