This hotel is great. It has plenty of space, bars, pretty beach, pools, great all inclusive food. He got everything we needed to chill for a week in great weather. Wifi works smoothly. There is a doctor present. One minus was lack of natural light in some rooms. Because of loggia style balcony and a tree growing next to it and only one balcony window in the room, it was dark even at midday. We switched rooms where it got better, but still not perfect. Everything else tip top.

I don’t know where to start, everything was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the reception all the way till the moment we left. Everyone was smiling and welcoming, animation team was amazing, activities were great, food was extremely good and everyday there were new dishes, you won’t get bored and kids were happy and entertained all the time. We strongly recommend this hotel for families with toddlers, this was our best hotel stay so far in Turkey and maybe in the whole mediterranean coast. Special mention to the reception team who gave an amazing suite near the kids pool and also housekeeping lady for her great service. A few setbacks but did not really affect our stay in a bad way: the rooms did not have an iron or an iron board, the shops and the barber at the hotel were so overpriced and there are no nearby options to shop outside.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Turkey! It’s incredibly cozy and refined. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the staff is fantastic — it truly feels like everyone enjoys their job and genuinely wants to make your stay as great as possible. One of the things I loved most was the variety of activities available: water skiing, canoeing, catamaran rides, banana boats, windsurfing, and tennis! Special thanks to the tennis coach — his sessions were friendly, motivating, and a real highlight of the trip. I’d also like to thank the animation team. They were always respectful and never pushy, yet incredibly professional and great at energizing the crowd without being intrusive. A small but memorable detail: when it started raining, the staff handed out raincoats, and during the football screening, they gave out chips — such a thoughtful and human approach to hospitality. This hotel is truly amazing, and I really hope to come back soon!
