Among the many hotels I’ve stayed at, this one stands out with its exceptional open buffet — not just in terms of variety, but also in flavor. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main restaurant, offering an impressive range of dishes. Lunch, on the other hand, is provided as a smaller-scale open buffet at a second restaurant near the beach. This system allows the hotel to focus its culinary efforts where they matter most, which I find to be a smart and sustainable approach. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Although we experienced a few hiccups during check-in, the team went out of their way to make things right — and that kind of dedication truly matters. I would also like to extend special thanks to the water sports team, who made our holiday even more fun and memorable with their warm and enthusiastic energy. 🎶 One small constructive note: While the evening entertainment program is rich in content, the setup at the beach club somewhat limits its potential. The stage is placed behind the bar, which obstructs the view and diminishes the overall experience. Additionally, the sound system could use some enhancement to match the energy of the performances. With just a few adjustments, this aspect could easily reach the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. Overall, this was more than just a vacation — it was an experience that made me feel truly welcomed and valued. I’m grateful to the entire team for their hospitality and professionalism. This stay will surely guide my future travel decisions — and I look forward to returning.

My husband and I had an amazing 10-day stay at this hotel. We honestly have nothing but good things to say! Special shoutout to Paula, Pablo, and Ellie from the Entertainment team — TUI Magic Life is seriously lucky to have them. They’re just incredible! I also have to give a huge thank you to Oksana from Guest Service and her team, especially Elçin. They were so kind and helpful, especially on a day when my husband wasn’t feeling well — they really went above and beyond. The buffet staff and the chefs were awesome — the food was delicious, and the menu changed every day (Turkish food is honestly some of the best in the world!). Taylan, who served us during meals, was super friendly and efficient. Can’t forget about Murat, who brought our luggage to the room — such a nice guy! We celebrated both our wedding anniversary and my birthday at two of the à la carte restaurants, and the service was just perfect. Huge thanks to maître Burak Guducu who took great care of us, and to the chef who cooked us an unforgettable meal. Oh — and I had a Turkish bath at the spa with Astini, and wow… what a relaxing and wonderful experience! I really hope I’m not forgetting anyone! Over those 10 days, we made so many new friends and met some really lovely people. Big congrats to the whole team at TUI Magic Life Bodrum — you guys totally exceeded all our expectations!

"5 stars?! No iron, no shampoo, no basic courtesy." I arrived at this so-called 5-star hotel with clothes that needed ironing — like I’ve done countless times before. Every budget apartment I’ve ever stayed at had an iron or at least offered one upon request. But here? Not only do they not have one, they flat out refused to provide it. This is the first time in my life that a hotel acted like asking for an iron was some outrageous demand. And the receptionist? Extremely rude. Zero intention to help. It felt like the goal was to make the check-in experience as unpleasant as possible. As for the bathroom – no shampoo. The only thing provided was hand soap that’s apparently supposed to double as shower gel. It’s laughable how basic hygiene products are missing in a place that markets itself as luxury. Bottom line: the only thing ironed in this hotel was my patience. Avoid at all costs.
